Arlo the Cat needs a home

This gorgeous boy loves people, especially if you're willing to play with him. He also likes a nice lap to lounge on. Arlo loves to play and snuggle with both people and other cats. Born in 2014, he came to us from a shelter in California. He has a neurologic condition which caused the loss of function of the nerve roots of the spinal cord. This has caused him to be incontinent, and he needs to be expressed. Arlo is a very sweet and playful cat who would love to hear from anyone who thinks they can accommodate his special needs.
